I’m Raine Davids, a licensed beauty professional and certified makeup artist specializing in lashes, brows, nails, and makeup. My journey began during the COVID-19 pandemic — a time when I couldn’t access the beauty services I loved. That challenge sparked something in me. I started learning on my own, and what began as a personal necessity quickly grew into a deep passion. I continued my education, earned my professional licenses and certifications, and built Tempest Beauty as a space where clients could feel beautiful, confident, and cared for — without the rush or overwhelm of a traditional salon setting.
